Lemony Kurabiye - Turkish shortbread biscuits.
Adding Tatlı Lor - Salt-free cheese curds to this Turkish classic produces a softer biscuit. Perfect for little ones and
• Juıce & zest of 1 lemon
• 1 cup of Sugar
• 125 grams butter
• 150 grams salt-free lor
• 2 small eggs
• 1/2 packet vanilla sugar -
• 1 teaspoon carbonate
• 4 cups flour
Plus a small plate of flour for dusting
Put all the ingredients into a blender and combine.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Take around a teaspoon sized amount of the dough and give them a little roll in your palm to create a half ball-like shape.
Dust in a little of the flour and place on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven for around 25 - 30 minutes. (The biscuits will not brown)
